Kelly’s career in the cosmetic and medical aesthetics industry spans more than 25 years. She is a pioneer in the permanent make-up field. Kelly has a grand passion for the “medical aesthetics” industry. She is an expert Filler (Restylane / Perlane) injector and has been teaching the techniques associated with this artistry along side Dr Baily for the past 3 years. Kelly is the owner of her own successful Physician assisted Medical Aesthetics practice in the GTA. According to Celia Brown MD., California, “Not one of the “Beverly Hills experts” comes close to Kelly Carr for sheer skill, experience and attention to detail”. Kelly is an accredited Filler (Restylane/Perlane) trainer with KAPPS Aesthetic Training Inc.

Micro-Pigmentation Centre Experience
Kelly’s experience with the fine art of permanent makeup dates back to the early 1980s. When this cosmetic marvel exploded onto the cosmetic industry, the technique of application was also primitive. The technique involved using bamboo sticks, needle, and silk threading. Kelly worked for many years applying eyeliner, lip liner and filled brows with this technique. This industy continues to evolve, using hospital grade equipment utilizing FDA approved pigments; thus creating the most beautiful natural result imagineable.

Periodically, Kelly is a senior instructor at one the finest and most respected teaching facilities in North America, the Micro-Pigmentation Centre.
